Greetings.
We are educators who update ourselves closely with the new
demands nowadays. Following the global economy, world trades in the new
twenty-first century, China with its market of 1.3 billion population is joining
the world trade organization, along with the prosperous economic boom in each state in the U.S. and active travel and trade businesses in
Canada, we foresee an unlimited future perspectives among the China, the United
States and Canada. The development in Silicon Valley, California is especially
splendid. In addition, in the era of high-speed advancement of computer
technology, Mandarin, Cantonese and English are the three languages with high
demands for the approach to learn a language through Phonetics with accurate
pronunciation, Chinese-English two-directional computing and typing, translation
and word processing, web page design and applications of computers and three
languages: Mandarin, Cantonese and English. This offers convenience to the fast
paced international trades among Asian people in the world, North America,
China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. Language is an important bridge for trading
and business communication. Therefore, we want to continue our teaching missions
by introducing ourselves and hope to receive your honorable perspectives,
support and a chance offered us to come and promote the three special-phonetic
languages, so that we can contribute to the driving force of promoting commerce!
Principal Umay Yuk F. Chan has over twenty-year teaching
experience. Grouping with director Tim Tak L. Chan and several enthusiastic
phonetics educators, Umay and others have founded Glory Language School Society for many
years and have successfully run co-sponsored courses with School Boards of
Vancouver, Richmond and Surrey in Canada promoting three special phonetic and
language courses. She is honoured to receive Certificate of Excellent Overseas
Educator from government departments and to be granted the special titles of
Model Mother consecutively in 95 and 96. Having also been involved in promoting
practical short term, intensive conversation courses at many education
districts, Chinese Culture Centre, S.U.C.C.E.S.S., banks, financial institutions
and other businesses, Umay have devoted to teach and help train talents who can
apply Mandarin, Cantonese and English fluently.
Instructor Tim Tak L. Chan is one of the active members of at
a university chapter of the North America Golden Key Society. He focuses on the
studies of web page design and accounting. We work cooperatively at using
advanced computer technology to write a complete series of specialized
short-term intensive and practical teaching materials. Applying flexible
teaching methods keeps learners focused and interested in studying languages.
The objective of fully understanding study tools and techniques not only induce
quick and accurate pronunciation, systematically and strategically remember a
large volume of everyday vocabulary and sentences, but also incredibly
efficiently help students improve computer Chinese/English typing and word
processing speed. These courses are very popular. The public, the culture groups
have given favorable evaluations and unparalleled recognition. The media have
offered interviews with advocating broadcasts. School boards have present
appreciation and recognition certificates. These courses are widely welcome by
the public of diverse backgrounds. Courses available also include Specialized
Mandarin Pinyin and Computing input applications, computing skills
and web page design.
We have done a market research and have found out that there
is a high demand for the three special phonetic-language systematic teaching
approach with the use of computers. We hope to be able to gain your great

to be granted an opportunity to promote these three
